Winter Sports Registration is now open as the Winter Season begins on Friday, November 14th! Click the "Sports Registration" link at www.midvalleyathletics.com. Physicals will be held on Wednesday, October 29th in the HS Health Office by the school physician. We will start with female student-athletes beginning at 5:15 pm and then male student-athletes at 6:15 pm. Only students that have not participated in a Fall Sport this school year will need to see a physician for the Winter season. You can take advantage of this opportunity or you can see your own private physician to complete the PIAA Section 6 form. That completed Section 6 then needs to be uploaded to the online registration. Our school physician will want to see Section 5 completed for his review for each student he examines. The PIAA Section 5 & Section 6 forms can be found at www.midvalleyathletics.com under "Resources" and "Forms". You can also get them from your respective Varsity Head Coach.
